These Terms of Use govern access to Wadrilo. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

2. What Wadrilo provides

Wadrilo is an independent hotel discovery and editorial catalogue. It organises accommodation information by destination, travel theme and hotel characteristics. Wadrilo is not a hotel, travel agent, tour operator, payment service or booking provider and does not itself accept, confirm, modify or cancel reservations.

3. Hotel information

Hotel names, descriptions, classifications, facilities, room information, photographs, locations and contact details may originate from accommodation content providers, hotels or other external sources. Information can become incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. 4. Availability, prices and reservations

Wadrilo does not guarantee live room availability, prices, taxes, fees, discounts, payment conditions, cancellation rights or booking terms. Selecting dates on Wadrilo does not reserve a room. Where a page links to a hotel or third-party booking service, the final price and contractual conditions are those displayed by that provider at the time of the transaction.

5. External providers

Any reservation, payment, cancellation, refund request, loyalty benefit or dispute is between you and the relevant external provider. Its terms, privacy policy and house rules apply. Wadrilo does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accessibility, content or performance of third-party websites.

6. Maps, distances and destination information

Actual travel times and accessibility depend on routes, traffic, seasonal conditions and local changes. The Wadrilo name, site design, original editorial text, organisation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Hotel names, trademarks and supplied photographs remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by access to the website.

12. Availability of the website

The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons. Pages, collections and listed hotels may be added, removed or reorganised without notice. Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.
