1. About this policy

Wadrilo is a hotel discovery website. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you browse Wadrilo, interact with its features, save a stay or follow a link to a hotel, map provider or other third-party service. It applies only to Wadrilo and not to websites reached through external links.

2. Information processed automatically

When a website is visited, hosting infrastructure, security services and analytics tools may receive technical information. This may include an IP address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device type, operating system, preferred language, screen size, referring page, requested URL, date and time, diagnostic information and interaction events. This information is generally used to deliver pages, maintain security, identify technical problems and understand aggregate use of the website.

3. Information you choose to provide

Wadrilo does not require a user account to browse hotel information. If an interactive feature is introduced that allows information to be submitted, the information displayed at the point of collection will explain what is requested and why. Do not submit sensitive personal information through fields that are not specifically intended for it.

4. Saved stays and browser storage

The Saved stays feature uses local browser storage. Hotel identifiers and names selected by you are stored on your own device so that the list remains available on later visits. This is not a Wadrilo account and the list is not designed to identify you. You can remove individual stays through the website or clear the browser’s site data to delete the entire list.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, local storage, pixels or comparable technologies may be used for essential operation, preference storage, audience measurement, security and, where enabled, advertising measurement. Non-essential technologies should be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements. You can restrict or remove cookies through browser settings, although some functions may then work differently.

6. Analytics and measurement

Analytics services may process page views, navigation paths, device information and general interaction events to produce reports about website performance. Advertising measurement tools may record events such as a visit to a hotel page or a click leading to an external website. These tools are not used by Wadrilo to complete a hotel reservation.

Once you follow an external link, that provider may collect information under its own rules. Wadrilo does not control the provider’s cookies, payment systems, reservation forms or data-retention practices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users or the website, investigate misuse or defend legal rights. Wadrilo does not sell the locally stored Saved stays list.

Retention periods can vary by provider and data type. Locally saved stays remain in your browser until you remove them or clear the relevant browser storage.

No internet transmission, browser storage method or external service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should keep their browser and device updated and should not treat the Saved stays feature as storage for confidential information.

Browser controls can be used to restrict cookies, clear site data and remove locally saved stays. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

Wadrilo is a general hotel discovery service and is not directed to children. The website does not knowingly request personal information from children. Hotel reservations and payments must be completed with the relevant third-party provider in accordance with its age requirements.
